I set-up DT Consulting in 2012 after realising that I lacked someone like me to help me out.
I've never been obsessed with tech but, quite simply, I like making things work. So, that’s why I see a CRM as a tool to make people’s jobs easier and more efficient. I have an aversion to complicated jargon, so I just avoid using it.
I have always seen my role as a bridge between users and technology and my goal as making the technology work for the user. Simply, keeping things simple.
Outside of databasing, I seem to run around a lot in a sporty fashion (tennis is God’s own sport), do some creative things and worship at the paws of my dog.

I joined DT Consulting in 2026, bringing a fresh pair of eyes to the world of data and databasing.
I’ve always enjoyed problem solving, so I see a CRM implementation as one big jigsaw puzzle. It’s about figuring out where all the pieces fit, making sure they work together, and creating a bigger picture that looks the way you want it to.
Outside of databasing, I spend my time being creative as an artist and animator, or heading outdoors to explore.
Fozzie
Fozzie
Fozzie’s main job is to lie around the office, look pretty, greet clients and eat snacks.
He’s a fox red Labrador with a penchant for carrying things around in his mouth - socks, shoes, sticks or cuddly toys and will always search out the nearest item to present you with when occasion calls.
He’s by far the best looking and most popular member of the team, which is handy because his technical skills are sadly lacking as his paws lack the dexterity to press keys in any kind of order.
